血压及脂质异常与急性出血性脑中风的关系

摘    要:目的:分析血压、脂质异常与急性脑出血(脑中风)的关系,探讨诱发脑中风的危险因子.方法:采用随机对照研究设计,对300例急性脑出血(ACH)患者和100例健康成人志愿者(HAV)的收缩压(SP)、舒张压(DP)值及血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-CH)和血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-CH)含量进行检测和分析.结果:与HAV组各参数平均值比较,ACH组的SP、DP、TCH、TG和LDL-CH平均值皆显著升高(P<0.01),HDL-CH平均值显著降低(P<0.01).结论:高血压LDL-CH升高、年龄增加、HDL-CH降低和TC升高等是诱发脑出血的危险因子,收缩压升高是诱发脑出血的主要危险因子;而性别、舒张压和甘油三酯很可能不是诱发脑出血的危险因子.

Relationship of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhagic Stroke and Hypertension and Lipometabolic Disorders
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship of acute cerebral hemorrhagic(ACH) stroke and hepertension and lipometabolic disorders, and to study the risk factors inducing cerebral stroke(CHS).Methods:A random control study design was used in this study. The levels of systolic pressure(SD, diastolic pressure(DP), serum total cholesterol(LDL CH) in 300 cases of ACH and 100 cases of healthy adult volunteers(HAV) were checked and investigated.Results: Compared with those in HAV group, the average levels of SP, DP, TCH, TG and LDL CH in ACH group were significantly increased( P <0 00001), while the average level of HDL CH in ACH group was significantly decreased( P <0 00001). Conclusion:The results show that high blood pressure, increase of LDL CH, age and TCH, and decrease of HDL CH are the risk factors inducing CHS, and the elevation of SP is the main risk factor inducing CHS, while gender, changes of DP and TG may not be the risk factors inducing CHS.
