| 摘 要： | 目的：评价CT增强扫描在甲状腺癌诊断中的价值。方法：回顾性分析60例经临床手术证实为甲状腺癌的CT增强扫描资料。结果：CT增强扫描后,甲状腺癌病灶检出51例,诊断与手术探查证实的符合率为85%。结论：CT增强扫描是诊断甲状腺癌的首选方法之一,对临床诊断和治疗有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of enhanced CT scan in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.Methods:The data of 60 patients with thyroid carcinoma confirmed by surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The detection rate of enhanced CT scan was 51 cases,the coincidence rate between enhanced CT scan and operation was 85%(51/60).Conclusion:Enhanced CT scan,with its significant value in clinical diagnosis and treatment,is one of the chief diagnostic technique of thyroid carcinoma. |
