ERCP对可疑胆道疾病的诊治价值

目的探讨ERCP对可疑胆道疾病的诊治价值。方法对近3年该科应用ERCP及相关技术诊断及治疗可疑胆道疾病患者进行分析研究。结果53例可疑胆道疾病经B超、CT或MRCP检查未得出明确诊断,经ERCP检查未见异常3例,行EST50例,其中乳头狭窄20例,胆总管末端小结石22例,8例乳头或壶腹癌,均经病理证实,该组病例中ERCP全部成功,无严重合并症。结论B超,CT或MRCP无法完全代替ERCP,ERCP及相关技术对可疑胆道疾病是安全、有效的诊断及治疗方法,但要严格掌握适应证。

Diagnosis and treatment value of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography for suspicious biliary duct disease

[Objective] To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)for suspicious biliary duct disease.[Methods] To analyse and study on the cases of suspicious biliary duct disease,which were treated and diagnosed with ERCP applied in the practice of our department for 3 years.[Results] In the 53 cases,50 out of 53,which did not recieve accurate diagnosis by B type ultrasonic,computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP),were treated and recieved early diagnosis successful with endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST).Severe complications did not occur in these cases.[Conclusion] The ERCP bears the characteristics of safety and efficiency,consequently has been proved to be a more ideal diagnosis and treatment approach than B type ultrasonic,CT or MRCP on suspicious biliary duct disease at present.But ERCP should be strictly controlled as possible for suspicious biliary duct disease.
