| Abstract: | Hypercalcemia associated with malignancy is rare in children. We report a case of hypercalcemia associated with ovarian dysgerminoma
in a 13-year-old girl with renal medullary calcinosis and vascular calcifications. To our knowledge this is the first report
of the imaging findings in this condition and only the fourth case report of hypercalcemia associated with dysgerminoma.
