我国推行药学监护工作存在的困难和建议

药学监护是现代药房发展的核心。医院药学经历了漫长的发展，产生了药学监护这一全新的概念，并在国外已经开展了药学监护的理论和实践探讨，取得了令人瞩目的成绩。在国内，由于诸多因素，药学监护仅处于宣传介绍阶段。本文就药学监护在发展中的障碍进行了论述，并提出了对我国未来药房的设想和实施药学监护的建议。

The Obstacles and Suggestions in Implementing Pharmaceutical Care

Pharmaceutical care is the central task of the development of modern pharmacy.Over years of advances in hospital pharmacy,"pharmaceutical care",a new conception, has emerged.Further researches on it have been carried out abroad,both in theoretical and practical fields.And great success has already been achieved.However,in our country,pharmaceutical care is still at the initial stage of propagation and recommendation. This article discusses the obstacles in the development of pharmaceutical care,gives suggestions on its implementation,and makes designs for the future pharmacy in China.
