安徽省放射工作人员染色体畸变与放射工龄关系研究

目的 :了解长期小剂量、低剂量率职业受照者的外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变及其与放射工龄的关系。方法 :用微量全血法进行体外培养 5 2h ,常规制片 ,按 1973年世界卫生组织的建议阅片。结果 :长期小剂量、低剂量率职业受照者的染色体畸变类型以断片为主 ,各接触射线组的染色体型畸变率、总断裂率、畸变细胞率和检出率明显高于对照组 ,有显著性差异。各接触射线组的各项指标随放射工龄的增加而增高 ,相关检验表明与放射工龄密切相关。结论 :长期受小剂量、低剂量率照射的放射工作人员可引起外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变明显升高 ,且与放射工龄密切相关

Study on Relationship between Chromosome Dysmorphosis of lrradiation Worker and Their lrradiation Length of Service in Anhui Province

In order to understand relationship of peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome dysmorphosis of irradiation workers and their irradiation length of service to small dose, low dose rate for many years, micro whole blood cultivated for 52 hour. Then, routine smears were made. The smears were inspected with the method recommended by WHO in 1973.The main results are as follows:(1)main chromosome dysmorphosis of the workers was fragments. (2)the frequencies of all types of chromosome dysmorphosis were significantly higher in the irradiation group than those in control group. (3) the indices of all types of chromosome dysmorphosis in all irradiation groups increased with the length of service. Both had a close correlation.
