绝经后女性冠心病患者血糖、血脂变化的研究

目的探讨血糖、血脂的变化与绝经后女性冠心病发病的关系。方法对30例绝经后女性冠心病患者和30例正常对照者的空腹血糖(FPG)、葡萄糖耐量试验2h血糖(2hPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)进行检测。结果绝经后女性冠心病患者与正常对照组相比TC、TG,LDL-C、FPG、2hPG明显升高,HDL-C明显降低(P<0.01或0.05)。结论绝经后女性冠心病发病与血糖、血脂异常有关,它们共同参与绝经后女性冠心病的发生和发展。

Clinical implications of blood glucose and blood lipid changes in post- menopause female patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To study the relationship of blood glucose and blood lipid changes with the genesis of coronary heart disease(CHD) in post-menopause women.Methods In 30 post-menopausal women with CHD and 30 normal subjects,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and 2hPG during glucose tolerance test,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) were measured.Results In comparison to the normal subjects,TC,TG,LDL-C,FPG and 2hPG increased significantly in post-menopausal women with CHD,and HDL-C decreased significantly(P<0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion The genesis of CHD in post-menopause female patients is associated with abnormalities of blood sugar and blood lipid,they were involved in the genesis and progression of CHD in post-menopausal female patients.
