| 摘 要： | 目的 寻找羊奶果叶及树皮的单宁含量的最佳提取方法，并测其含量。方法 采用温度、时间、固液比三因素三水平进行正交实验。结果 提取单宁的最佳水平是时间2h，温度50℃，固液比1：10．结论 单宁含量分别为成熟叶8．11％，幼叶7．70％，树皮4.16%。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate tannin from leaves of Elaeagnus conferta Roxb.METHODS Orthogonal test(three factors including time,temperature and the proportion of solid and liqud).RESULTS The perfect condition should be 2h(time),50(temperature)and 110(proportion).CONCLUSION The content was 8.11%(mature leaf),7.70%(young leaf),4.16%(bark). |
