唐山市市区1704例急性心、脑血管事件分布与危险因素分析

目的　探讨急性心、脑血管事件在人群中分布情况及其与危险因素关系。方法　回顾分析了过去 5年 1 70 4例急性心、脑血管事件在不同人群中的分布特点 ,并对危险因素进行分析。结果　青年组发病例数占总数 9.2 6 % ;男性发病例数 2倍于女性 ;职业分布以白领阶层多见。饮酒、吸烟、家族史是与年龄有关的危险因素。高脂血症、糖尿病、饮酒、吸烟是与性别有关的危险因素。白领阶层中糖尿病、高脂血症、高尿酸血症的患病率最高 ,蓝领组吸烟者较多 ,下岗职工组饮酒者多。结论　在与心、脑血管疾病发病有关的诸危险因素中 ,不同人群对同一因素有不同的易感性。规避这些危险因素对防止疾病发生有重要的临床意义。

DISTRIBUTION AND RISK FACTORS OF ACUTE CEREBROVASCULAR EVENS:ANALYSIS OF 1704 CASES

Objective To investigate the distribution of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and the relation with the risk factors in Tangshan residents in the last five years. Methods Clinical data were analyzed in 1704 cases and studied on the risk factors. Results Young cases(<40 years old) were about 9.26% in total; man cases were double than female; white-collar workers were major in occupation distribution. Smoking,alcohol intake and family history were risk factors. Hyperlipemia, diabetes ,smoking and alcohol intake were sex related risk factors. Conclusion The susceptibility to risk factors is different in different people, it has great clinical significance not to expose to the susceptible risk factors.
