尿液分析仪法与尿液沉渣镜检法结果分析及探讨

目的：探讨尿液分析仪和显微镜镜检法测定尿液之间结果的分析,找出最佳的检测尿液方法。方法：用尿液分析仪和显微镜镜检法同时对2 000例尿液标本进行检测。结果：尿液分析仪结果为阴性,镜检白细胞数〉5个/HP占22.60%,尿液分析仪结果为阳性,镜检白细胞数〈5个/HP占3.15%,二者结果符合占74.25%,二者结果不符合占25.75%;尿液分析仪结果为阴性,镜检红细胞数〉3个/HP占11.95%,尿液分析仪结果为阳性,镜检红细胞数〈3个/HP占3.65%,二者结果符合占84.40%,二者结果不符合占15.60%;另外,可见管型1～3个/LP约占4.05%;草酸盐,尿酸盐,磷酸盐及磺胺类结晶约占17.25%。结论：尿液分析仪和显微镜检测法测定尿液白细胞之间不成正比关系,尿液分析仪不能替代镜检法对尿液白细胞的检测。

Analysis and discusses of urine analyzer and urinary sediments microscopic examination

Objective： To study the relationship examined by urine analyzer and microscopy without stained,therefore find out the best method to test urine.Methods： 2 000 urine samples were tested by those methods above respectively.Results： The urine analyzer result was the negative,microscopic examination white blood cell count〉5/HP accounted for 22.60%,the urine analyzer result was postive,microscopic examination white blood cell count〈5/HP accounted for 3.15%,the two result tallies coincidence rate was 74.25%,with the two result tallies inconformity rate 25.75%;The urine analyzer result was the negative,microscopic examination red blood cell count〉3/HP accounted for 11.95%,the urine analyzer result was postive,microscopic examination red blood cell count〈3/HP accounted for 3.65%,the two result tallies coincidence rate was 84.4%,with the two result tallies inconformity rate 15.6%;in addition,casts obviously 1-3/LP approximately accountsed for 4.05%;oxalate,urate,phosphate and sulphonamides crystallization approximately accountsed for 17.25%.Conclusion： There is no direct ratio in testing WBC in urine by urine analyzer and microscopy without stained.The WBC test in urine by microscopy without stained can not be replaced by urine analyzer.
