NM23、VEGF蛋白表达与大肠癌肝转移的关系及其意义

目的：探讨NM23及VDGF蛋白表达与大肠癌肝转移的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法，分别对45例大肠癌原发灶、肝转移组织及癌旁肠粘膜进行NM23、VEGF蛋白表达的检测和分析。结果：45例大肠癌原发灶、肝转移组织、癌旁肠粘膜中VEGF表达阳性率分别为48．9％、100％、8．9％。肝转移灶中VEGF表达阳性率高于其它组织(P＜0．05)，而NM23表达阳性率分别为40．0％、18．8％、82．8％，肝转移灶中NM23表达阳性率明显低于其它组织(P＜0．05)。在肝转移组原发灶和肝转移灶中同时检测NM23及VEGF蛋白表达，可知NM23表达降低而VEGF呈过表达。结论：NM23表达降低和VEGF表达增强与大肠癌肝转移的发生有密切关系，同时检测大肠癌NM23和VEGF表达能反映大肠癌的恶性程度，是判断预后的有效指标。

RELATIONS OF NM23 AND VEGF PROTEIN EXPRESSION WITH HEPATIC METASTASIS OF LARGE INTESTINAL CARCINOMA

Objective:To determine relations of nm 23 and VEGF expression with hepatic metastasis of large intestinal carcinoma. Methods:nm 23 and VEGF Protein expression of colorectal cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry assay respectively.Results:In 45 cases the positive rates of VEGF expression were 48.9% ,100%, 8.8% in primary foci, hepatic metastasis and paratumoral tissue respectively,and the expression of VEGF in hepatic metastasis was higher than that in other groups( P <0.05).The positive rates of nm 23 expression were 40.0%, 16.2% , 82.0% respectively, and the expression of nm 23 in hepatic metastasis was lower than that in other tissues( P <0.05). The over-expression of VEGF and the reduce of expression of nm 23 was found in primary foci as well as in corresponding hepatic metastasis. Conclusion:It was indicated that over-expression of VEGF and reduce of expression of nm 23 might be closely correlated with hepatic metastasis of large intestinal carcinoma,and the expression of VEGF and nm 23 can reflect the malignant degree of colorectal carcinoma and serve as prognostic predictors.
