子宫热球治疗的病理变化及影响疗效的初步研究(附8例测试报告)

我院采用美国Ｇｙｎｅｃａｒｅ（妇理）公司的子宫热球系统治疗不要求生育妇女月经过多症６５例。随访手３个月至１年以后的患者６０例，治愈率达９３．３３％，停经和点滴月经为７３．３３％。目的研究了子宫热球系统治疗后的病理变化、疗效及安全性。

Preliminary Study with the Thermal Balloon Endometrial Ablation Method at the Pathologic Change and Prognostic Factor

We used the thermal balloon system(Gynecare Co.USA)to treat 65 menorrhagic patients who did not want to birth.After following up operation three months to one year in 60 patients,curative rate was 93 33%,and menopause and drop menstruation were 73 33%.For studying the thermal ballopm system(TBS)on the pathologic change of the treated uterus,therapy effectiveness and safety,we tested the results of using TBS in 8 hysterectomy patients.The test results showed that the TBS only ablated the endometrium and shallow myonmetrium,did not injure the deep myometrium and directly adjacent structures.The primary pressure in the thermal balloon,heating time and thickness of the endometrium are main factors for therapy effectiveness.Throught test,we conclude that the TBS is a kind of safe,simple,effective and minimally invasive therapeutic method.
