| 摘 要： | 精神内守是一种心理防御机制,这种心理防御机制主要通过情绪的自我调控和个体的心理适应来发挥作用.采用自我辨解等方式可对情绪起到自我调控的作用.个体的心理适应主要包括对自然、社会环境的适应以及心理素质对适应的影响等方面.心理防御机制需要通过心理素养的提高得以加强.

| Abstract: | The Consciousness introspection is a mechanism of psychological defence.This kind of psychological defence mechanism takes affect by self moodiness regulate and control and adaptation of personal psychology.Self justification and some other means can regulate and control the moodiness.Adaptation of personal psychology mainly include adapting to nature,social environment and influenced of mental function,etc.Psychological defence mechanism can be strength by improving psychological traits. |
