甲氨喋呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效

目的探讨甲氨喋呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法将178例保守治疗的异位妊娠患者随机分为2组，观察组90例。采用甲氨喋呤联合米非司酮治疗；对照组88例，采用甲氨喋呤治疗。结果观察组治愈82例，对照组治愈67例，两者保守治疗异位妊娠成功率有显著差异（P〈0．01）。观察组平均治疗（18±10）d，血β-HCG降至正常，对照组平均治疗（30±9）d，血β-HCG降至正常。观察组中血β人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）T降速度快于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论甲氨喋呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效优于单纯应用甲氨喋呤治疗。

Curative Effect to Ectopic Pregnancy with Combination of Methotrexate and Mifepristone

Objective：To evaluate the curative effect to ectopic pregnancy with combination of metbotrexate and mifepristone.Methods： 178 patients of ectopic pregnancy were divided into two groups randomly.The experiment group included 90 cases,and the control group included 88 cases.The experiment group was deal with combination of methotrexate and mifepristone,but the control group with methotrexate only.Results： The curative effect of the two groups was significantly （p〈0.01）,the experiment group cured 82 cases,but the control group only cured 67 cases. The descending rate of β-HCG in the experiment group was morc fastcr than that in the control group,and this was also significantly （p〈0.01）. Conclusion：The curative effect with combination of methotrexate and Mifepristone is superior to using methotrexate only.
