| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿视网膜疾病检查和治疗中的可行性和安全性。方法:回顾分析2010年9月至2011年6月在我眼科中心采用七氟醚吸入麻醉,接受视网膜疾病检查和治疗的小儿89例,监测麻醉过程中患儿各项生命体征和血流动力学指标,观察诱导时患儿反应、术中情况和不良反应等,记录诱导时间、苏醒时间等。结果:所有患儿均能平稳进入麻醉状态,麻醉效果满意,术中生命体征稳定,血流动力学指标均在正常范围;诱导时间为(65±12)s,苏醒时间为(9.3±6.2)min;全组病例术中未见体动,麻醉诱导至术毕完全清醒均无不良反应。结论:七氟醚吸入麻醉具有诱导和苏醒迅速,术中维持平稳等优点,可广泛用于小儿视网膜疾病的检查和治疗。
