| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者糖尿病足截肢的危险因素，为临床预防糖尿病足截肢提供理论依据。方法选择2006年3月至2010年2月的2型糖尿病糖尿病足患者103例分为截肢组和非截肢组，对2组患者的临床资料和生化指标进行分析。结果2组患者的年龄、糖尿病病程、吸烟、原发性高血压、空腹血糖（FBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、下肢动脉病变的程度、合并糖尿病周围神经病变及神经病变程度、足部损害的程度比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或〈0．01）。结论年龄大、糖尿病病程长、FBG及HBAlc水平控制不佳、吸烟、合并原发性高血压、严重下肢动脉病变、合并糖尿病周围神经病变及神经病变级别高和足部损伤是糖尿病足截肢的危险因素。
