| 摘 要： | 目的:通过动物实验探讨纤维蛋白胶(FG)封堵肺创面漏气的效果.方法:选取新西兰兔27只,随机分为3组,即FG组、医用化学胶组和空白对照组,每组9只.建立兔肺漏气模型,空白对照组不做处理关胸观察,另两组分别以FG以及化学胶涂布创面,进行加压试验,观察封堵效果.术后第3,7,14天开胸观察并取组织行HE染色.结果:空白对照...

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of fibrin glue(FG) on sealing pulmonary wound air leak with animal experiment.Methods:Twenty-seven New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:FG group,chemical glue group,and control group with nine rabbits in each group.The air leak models were constructed on the lung of each rabbit.The chests of control group were closed without other treatment,and FG and chemical glue were separately applied to seal the pulmonary wound air leak in the other two groups.... |
