| 摘 要： | 目的评价胶体金免疫层析法检测心肌标志物血清肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）在诊断急性心肌梗死的效能。方法采用双盲、自身对照的试验设计方法，将40例急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者与100例非心肌梗死患者使用科卫公司研制生产的cTnI诊断试剂盒和艾康公司生产的试剂盒分别对血液样本进行比较测定cTnI，观察阳性率。结果cTnI水平试验组与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），试验试剂cTnI相对敏感度为97．4％，特异性为98．0％。结论应用胶体金免疫层析法检测cTnI适于AMI的辅助诊断。
