| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微创腔内技术在输尿管新膀胱吻合口狭窄中的临床应用价值。方法:对13例行膀胱全切术后出现不同程度输尿管新膀胱吻合口狭窄的患者，利用微创腔内技术行输尿管狭窄切开术，术后用影像学检查进行随访，了解输尿管新膀胱吻合口再次发生狭窄机会及分肾功能的变化。结果:13例患者治疗均获成功。患者拔除输尿管支架管后3个月行影像学复...
