| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64层螺旋CT及其后重建技术在隐匿性肋骨骨折诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对42例胸部外伤考虑隐匿性肋骨骨折患者，进行64层螺旋CT平扫，将所得原始数据经工作站进行图像后处理，获得容积再现（VR），最大密度投影（MIP），多平面重组（MPR）、曲面重建（CPR）图像。并比较各种重建图像对隐匿性骨折的显示能力。结果综合运用各种后重建技术，可清晰显示不同部位、不同类型肋骨隐匿性骨折。重建以CPR技术显示效果最佳，MPR、VR次之。42例胸部外伤患者共确诊59处肋骨隐匿性骨折。结论64层螺旋CT及其后重建技术图像显示清晰，满足对肋骨隐匿性骨折进行定位、定性分析，是肋骨隐匿性骨折检查首选方法。
