| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低分子肝素钙对慢性肺源性心脏病（慢性肺心病）急性发作的治疗效果。方法 79例慢性肺心病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均予以抗感染、解痉祛痰、通畅气道、吸氧、强心利尿、扩血管等常规治疗措施,观察组在上述治疗的基础上应用低分子肝素钙,q12 h,疗程7 d,评估治疗前后临床症状、体征、动脉血气、肺功能指标。结果临床疗效观察组优于对照组,且无明显不良反应;治疗7 d后观察组动脉血气指标,肺功能明显改善,PaO2明显上升,PaCO2明显下降。结论低分子肝素钙治疗慢性肺源性心脏病安全有效。
