电解可脱弹簧圈对颅内动脉瘤破裂早期血管内栓塞疗效分析

目的探讨颅内动脉瘤破裂早期电解可脱弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析12例不同部位颅内动脉瘤患者病例资料,术前Hunt-Hess分级：Ⅰ级1例,Ⅱ级4例,Ⅲ级5例,Ⅳ级2例。均在发病3 d内行电解式可脱性微弹簧圈（GDC）栓塞治疗。结果完全栓塞10例（83.3%）,大部栓塞2例（16.7%）。Glasgow预后评分：Ⅰ级8例,Ⅱ级2例,Ⅲ～Ⅳ级1例,死亡1例。术后随访3～24月无复发。结论早期电解可脱性弹簧圈栓塞治疗破裂的颅内动脉瘤可避免动脉瘤再次破裂出血,安全、有效、微创。

Curative Effect of Guglielmi Detachable Coil in Treatment of Endovascular Embolization of Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysms at Early Stage

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the guglielmi detachable coil(GDC) on the treatment of endovascular embolization caused by the ruptured intracranial aneurysm at the early stage. Methods The clinical data of 12 cases suffered from intracranial aneurysms were retrospectively analyzed.Preoperative Hunt-Hess grade:1 case in Ⅰ,4 cases were Ⅱ,5 cases were Ⅲ,and 2 cases were Ⅳ.All patients were treated with GDC within 3 days. Results Complete embolism was in 10 ceases(83.3%),while most obliteration in 2 cases(16.7%).As to Glasgow outcome scale,8 cases wereⅠ,2 cases were Ⅱ,1 case was Ⅲ~Ⅳ,and 1 case died.All cases were followed up for 3 to 24 months,and no recurrence happened. Conclusion The treatment with GDC used in embolism caused by ruptured aneurysm at early stage could avoid rebleeding,and is a safe,effective and minimally way.
