摘    要:本文探讨了正常和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)缺乏的红细胞抗氧化能力的不同。结果显示,G-6-PD缺乏的红细胞还原型辅酶Ⅱ(NADPH)含量显著低于正常红细胞;正常红细胞受过氧化刺激后,其过氧化氢酶(Cat)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHpx)活性及NADPH含量均呈现先升后降的变化;G-6-PD缺乏的红细胞的Cat,GSHpx活性及NADPH含量则持续下降。揭示了G-6-PD缺乏的红细胞抗氧化能力不足。本文还对NADPH在红细胞抗氧化中所起的作用进行了探讨。

Abstract:The different antioxidative ability of normai and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PD) deficient erythrocytes was investigated in this study. The results showed that nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate in the reduced form (NADPH) was decreased in G-6-PD deficient group (P<0.05) . We also compared the difference of antioxidative ability challenged with H2O2 between normai and G-6-PD deficient erythrocytes and found that the catalase (Cat) and glutathione peroxidase (GSHpx) activities and NADPH concentration was in-creased at the beginning of the challenge, and then decreased later as the challenge continued in normai celis. Contrary to Cat and GSHpx activities, NADPH concentration was decreased continuously in G-6-PD deficient celis under the H2O2 stress. These results indicated that the antioxidative ability was impaired in G-6-PD deficient erythrocytes. The role of NADPH in the antioxidative effect of erythrocytes was also discussed.
