静脉剂型马利兰在造血干细胞移植中的应用和观察

目的 研究评价造血干细胞移植预处理方案中静脉剂型马利兰的应用和疗效。方法22例患者预处理方案采用静脉剂型马利兰，30例患者采用口服剂型马利兰，观察两组的疗效及相关毒性。结果静脉剂型马利兰在胃肠道反应（22．7％）、口腔黏膜炎（18．2％）发生率低于口服剂型马利兰组（66．6％）及（83．8％）。无需补充给药，血药浓度稳定。结论预处理方案中应用静脉剂型马利兰，毒副作用少，疗效确切，比口服马利兰更有优势。

Application and observation on intravenous busulfan in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Objective To explore the application and effect of intravenous busulfan in conditioning therapy in HSCT. Methods 22 patients were treated with intravenous busulfan and 30 patients with oral busulfan. Their effect and related toxicity were observed and compared with patients in these two groups. Results The incidence rates of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in patients of intravenous busulfan group and oral busulfan group were 22.7% and 66.6% respectively, and the incidence rates of oral rnucositis were 18.2% and 83.8% respectively. Additional drugs were not required and the plasma concentration of drug was steady. Conclusion Intravenous busulfan in conditioning therapy had confirmed efficacy with less side effect and it is superior to oral busulfan.
