p27蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床病理意义

目的 :研究 p2 7蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达并探讨其临床病理意义 .方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法检测 80例乳腺癌、2 7例乳腺不典型增生以及 2 0例正常乳腺组织中p2 7表达并分析其与临床病理的相关性 .结果 :乳腺癌组织中 p2 7高表达率为 5 3.8% (4 3/ 80 ) ,明显低于乳腺不典型增生和正常乳腺组织 (P <0 .0 1) .p2 7表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期、组织学分级相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) .p2 7高表达的乳腺癌术后 5a无病生存率明显高于 p2 7低表达者 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :乳腺癌组的p2 7高表达率明显低于对照组 ;p2 7高表达的乳腺癌患者预后好 ;p2 7是乳腺癌独立的预后因子 .

Expression and clinicopathological significance of p27 in breast cancer

AIM: To study the expression of p27 and its clinicopathological significance in breast cancer. METHODS : Archival breast carcinomas ( n =80), normal breast epithelia ( n =20) and atypical hyperplasia ( n =27) were analyzed for p27 expression by immunohistochemistry using specific monoclonal antibody. RESULTS: p27 protein expression was high in 43 (53.8%) of the 80 cases in breast carcinomas, which was significantly different from the expression in the benign breast epithelia ( P <0.01). p27 expression level was correlated with the histological grade, lymphnode metastasis and tumor node metastasis (TNM) stage ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). The 5 year disease free survival rate of the high expression group was significantly higher than that of the low expression group in breast cancer ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: p27 may be a useful marker for the tumor malignant behavior and prognosis of human breast cancer.
