老年危重患者在外科手术后早期应用乌司他丁的临床研究

目的　探讨乌司他丁在外科老年危重患者手术后早期应用的临床治疗作用。方法　将 30 例术后收入外科重症监护病房(ICU)的老年患者(>60 岁)随机均分为乌司他丁组和对照组,两组均给予外科 ICU的常规治疗。乌司他丁组在入 ICU后第1天加用40万U乌司他丁,第2、3、4 天分别加用 20 万 U乌司他丁。比较两组术后7 d内的临床症状、全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)的改善情况和营养、免疫情况。结果　乌司他丁组预防应激性溃疡、改善SIRS症状以及减少蛋白分解的能力优于对照组。结论　乌司他丁对老年危重患者手术后的恢复治疗有一定积极作用。

Clinical study of urinastatin on critical aged serious patients in perioperative period

Objective To appraise the clinical efficacy of Urinastatin on critical aged patients in perioperative period. Methods 30 patients older than 60 years of age admitted to our intensive care unit were randomly divided into urinastatin and control two groups, 15 cases each. Both groups were under routine treatment. The Urinastatin group was given Urinastatin 40IU on the first day and 20IU daily for the following 3 days. Improvement of clinical symptoms, systemic inflammatory response syndrome, the nutritional and immune status were compated. Results The Urinastatin group was superior to the control group in prevention of stress ulcer, symptoms of systemic inflammatory response (SIRS) and decrement of protein catabolism. Conclusion Urinastatin plays active role in postoperative recovery of critical aged patients.
