目的:循证医学是21世纪医学教育的发展方向,已经成为现代医学模式的核心内容.皮肤科学作为一门以形态学为主要特征的临床学科,在具有很强直观性的同时,更需要严谨的思考来指导临床工作.把循证医学教学方法应用于皮肤科教育,探索先进的教学理念是十分必要的.方法:采取提问、角色转换等灵活多样的教学方式,引导学生主动学习.结果:循证医学应用于皮肤科教学过程可以明显提高教学质量.结论:把循证医学的教学观念引入皮肤科的教学实践,能够最大限度地发挥循证医学的积极作用,培养学生正确的思维方式,提高教学质量.

Discussion about the Application of Evidence Based Medicine into the Clinical Medical Education of Dermatology

Objective: Evidence based medicine is an important content of medical education in 21st century and represents the development direction of modern medical education,Evidence based medical education has become the core theory of the modern medical education.Morphology is the main characteristic of the clinical course of dermatology.At the same time,it is very intuitive which need more rigorous thinking to guide the clinical work.Putting evidence based medicine into the teaching concept of practice should maximize the positive role of evidence based medicine.Methods: Multy-methods were used in dermatological education.Results: The author expounded thoughts about how to cultivate students’ correct methods of thinking and improve the quality of medical education.Conclusion: Using evidence based medicine in dermatological education will make positive progress to students and give them the really right thinking style to their way of being a doctor.
