| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨ERCP和EST取石术治疗肝内胆管结石的临床护理经验。方法:53例肝内胆管结石患者行ERCP和EST取石术治疗,术前做好心理护理,术后加强病情观察及并发症处理。结果:本组肝内胆管结石手术有效率为98.2%(1次取净35例,2次以上取净15例),好转2例,无效1例。结论:ERCP和EST取石术治疗肝内胆管结石具有成功率高、痛苦少、恢复快、不需全麻等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up clinical experience in nursing care in the treatment of patients with calculus of intraheptic duct by applying ERCP and EST.Methods: Fifty three patients were treated with ERCP and EST.Psycho-nursing was well done and patient's condition was observed carefully in operation,and the complication was treated properly.Results: The effective rate of surgery was 98.2%(calculi were extracted thoroughly once for 35 cases,twice or more for 15 cases),effective in two cases,non-effective in one case.Conclusion: The rate of success of ERCP and EST was markedly higher in the treatment of calculus of intraheptic duct,and it causes less pain.The surgery does not need general anesthesia and patients can recover quickly. |
