| 摘 要： | 目的:总结人工髋关节置换术后的护理经验,缩短疗程,减少并发症的发生,促进早日康复。方法:给予本组33例患者作好心理护理、术后护理、康复性功能锻炼。结果:30例患者手术成功,3例高龄患者解除了疼痛。结论:充分的术前准备,全面的手术后护理是提高手术成功率减少并发症的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize experience of nursing after hip arthroplasty.Methods： 33 patients were treated with psychological care,postoperative care,rehabilitation,functional exercise.Results： Operation was successful in 30 patients,and 3 cases of elderly patients relieve the pain.Conclusion： Adequate preoperative preparation and comprehensive post-operative care is the important guarantee to improve the successive rate of operations and reduce the complications. |
