Clinical application of pharmacy intravenous admixture servers

Objective To promote the improvement of clinical medical treatment,nursing management,drugs usage and economic benefit by the work station of pharmacy intravenous admixture servers(PIVAS).Methods Concluded the material benefit of pharmacy intravenous admixture servers to hospital management quality,patients and nurses by introducing the establishment and operation of pharmacy intravenous admixture servers.Results The practice showed that the clinical application of pharmacy intravenous admixture servers could prevent and control effectively medical pollution and potential infective risk,reduce rationally using drugs;reduce the stress of nursing staff and the risk of career health and malce rational use of human resources.Conclusion The establishment of pharmacy intravenous admixture servers has very important meaning for developing clinical medical treatment and nursing management.
