豚鼠银屑病样动物模型中角蛋白K14,16,17表达水平的变化

目的　研究心得安外涂所致豚鼠银屑病样动物模型皮损中角蛋白 K1 4,1 6 ,1 7表达水平的变化 ,从分子水平研究此种动物模型的可行性 .方法　用 5 0 g· L- 1心得安乳剂外涂豚鼠耳背部皮肤诱导银屑病样动物模型 ,应用原位杂交法检测银屑病样皮损中角蛋白 K1 4,1 6 ,1 7的表达 .结果　心得安外涂所致豚鼠银屑病样动物模型皮损中角蛋白 K1 4,1 6表达水平较正常对照组明显增高 ,K1 7的水平无明显变化 .结论　心得安外涂所致豚鼠银屑病样动物模型不仅在组织病理学而且在分子水平上与人类银屑病皮损基本一致

Study of Keratin 14, 16, 17 expression in lesions of guinea pig psoriasis-like animal model

AIM To investigate the changes of keratin 14, 16, 17 expression in lesions of guinea pig's psoriasis like animal model caused by topical treatment with propranolol and explore the feasibility of this animal model at molecular level. METHODS Psoriasis like animal model was established by topical treatment with 5% propranolol emulsion on ear's back of guinea pig. Expression of keratin 14, 16, 17 in lesions were detected by in situ hybridization. RESULTS Expression of keratin 14, 16 in lesions of treated group were significantly increased ,while expression of K17 was not significantly different with that in control group. CONCLUSION Guinea pig's psoriasis like animal model caused by topical treatment with propranolol has high concordance with human psoriatic lesions not only in histopathology, but at molecular level.
