循环内皮细胞和血管性血友病因子在老年高血压及冠心病中的临床意义

目的探讨老年高血压(EH)患者和老年冠心病(CHD)患者血浆循环内皮细胞数、血管性血友病因子(vWF)的临床意义。方法对34例老年EH患者(EH组)、27例老年CHD患者(CHD组)、老年健康体检者24例(对照组),检测血浆循环内皮细胞数、vWF的水平。结果EH组、CHD组循环内皮细胞数和血浆vWF水平均高于对照组(P<0.01),且CHD组的循环内皮细胞数和血浆vWF的水平均高于EH组(P<0.05)。结论EH组患者存在的血管内皮细胞受损可能参与了冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展。

Clinical significance of circulating endothelial cells and plasma von Willebrand factor in elderly hypertensive patients and elderly patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of circulating endothelial cell(CEC) count and plasma levels of von Willebrand factor(vWF) in elderly hypertensive(EH) patients and elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Thirty-four patients with EH,27 patients with CHD and 24 elderly healthy controls were selected as subjects.Their CEC counts and the levels of plasma vWF were determined by ELISA.Results The CEC count and plasma vWF in patients with EH and CHD were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The levels of CEC and vWF were significantly higher in CHD patients than those in EH patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that EH patients have significant endothelial dysfunction,which contributes to the formation and progress of atherosclerosis.
