细胞增殖抗原标记物Ki-67和细胞周期依赖性激酶4在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及意义

目的:探讨细胞增殖抗原标记物Ki-67和细胞周期依赖性激酶4(CDK4)在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测44例子宫内膜腺癌中Ki-67和CDK4蛋白表达。结果:44例子宫内膜腺癌中Ki-67表达阳性率为54.54%,Ki-67阳性表达与子宫内膜腺癌的分期、浸润深度和淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05),CDK4在子宫内膜腺癌中的阳性表达率为61.36%,CDK4阳性表达与子宫内膜腺癌的浸润深度和临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Ki-67及CDK4在子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用,可作为判断子宫内膜腺癌恶性程度评估预后的临床参考指标。

The expression and meaning of CDK 4 and Ki-67 in human endometrium cancer

Objective:To investigate the expression and meaning of proliferating cell antigen Ki-67 and cycling dependent kinase (CDK) 4 in human endometrium cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Ki-67 and CDK 4 in 44 cases of endometrium cancer.Results:The positive rates of Ki-67 were 54.54% and which were positive correlation with the stages ,deepness of soakage and transfer of lymph in endometrium cancer (P<0.05). The positive rates of CDK 4 were 61.36% and which were positive correlation with deepness of soakage and clinic stages in endometrium cancer (P<0.05) .Conclusion:The abnormal expression of Ki-67 and CDK 4 are maybe take important part in endometrium cancer, furthermore, which will be clinical guideline to estimate the grade of malignant tumor and prognosis.
