| 摘 要： | 目的：研究大豆苷元对运动训练大鼠抗氧化作用影响。方法：大鼠游泳运动训练后测定血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）和全血血红蛋白（Hb）的含量并进行分析。结果：与安静组比较，运动训练组SOD活性出现适应性升高，而MDA含量有显著性升高。给药＋训练组大鼠与训练组比较，SOD活性、Hb含量显著升高，MDA含量显著下降。结论：大豆苷元具有清除运动产生的脂质过氧化物和提高Hb含量的作用。
