大豆苷元对运动训练大鼠抗氧化作用的影响

摘    要:目的:研究大豆苷元对运动训练大鼠抗氧化作用影响。方法:大鼠游泳运动训练后测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和全血血红蛋白(Hb)的含量并进行分析。结果:与安静组比较,运动训练组SOD活性出现适应性升高,而MDA含量有显著性升高。给药+训练组大鼠与训练组比较,SOD活性、Hb含量显著升高,MDA含量显著下降。结论:大豆苷元具有清除运动产生的脂质过氧化物和提高Hb含量的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Daidzein on some blood biochemical indices of exercise training rats.Methods:The content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),the of Malondialdehyde(MDA),Hemoglobin(Hb) in blood were determined and analyzed in rats after swimming training.Results:The results showed that comparing with control group,the activity of SOD enhanced consequently,the activities of MDA increased evidently in swimming training group;the activity of SOD and Hb increased evidently,while the content of MDA ev...
