上消化道肿瘤的预防和内镜下早期癌的发现与治疗

世界范围内，上消化道肿瘤具有高患病率和高死亡率的特点，由此产生的医疗费用也相当惊人，尤其是在高发病率的亚洲地区。因此上消化道肿瘤的预防以及内镜下早期癌的发现和治疗就显得非常重要，受到许多国家胃肠病学专家的关注。本文摘录了第六届上海国际胃肠病学会议期间欧美和亚太地区胃肠病学专家在这些方面的专题报告，分为致癌原、化学预防、癌前疾病、内镜下早期癌的发现和治疗等几方面进行介绍。

Prevention, Endoscopic Detection and Treatment of Early Upper Digestive Tract Cancer

Upper digestive tract cancer is of high prevalence and mortality worldwide, and it results in high medical care cost particularly in Asia. Therefore, prevention as well as early detection and treatment of upper digestive tract cancer are very important, of which much concern has been paid by gastroenterologists from various countries. This article summarized the reports of experts from Europe, North America and Asian-Pacific region at the 69＇ Shanghai International Conference of Gastroenterology. Carcinogen, chemoprevention, precancerous lesion, endoscopic detection and treatment of early stage cancer were reviewed.
