| 摘 要： | 目的探讨疑病性神经症的心理治疗对心理和躯体康复的效果。方法采用认知和行为疗法观察治疗效果,观察指标采用明尼苏达多项人格调查表(MMPI)的相关量表和临床指标。结果心理治疗后MMPI各项指标有了明显的改善,临床治愈和显效率分别为38.30%、34.04%,总有效率为97.87%。患者的心理应激明显提高,社会功能很快恢复。结论心理治疗对疑病性神经症的躯体和心理康复有良好的效果,对恢复患者的社会功能有着不可代替的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study effect of psychotherapy of hypochondriacal neurosis on psychology and physical rehabilitation.Methods Recognition and behavior modification adopted,therapeutic efficacy was observed.Observational tragey was correlated measuring scale with MMPI and clinical index.Results Through psychotherapy MMPI diversified target obvious were improved.C linical cure and efficiency rate were 38.30%,34.04%.Psychological stress evidence increased.Society function snap back.Conclusion Psychotherapy have no fungible action for psychology and physical r ehabilitation and sufferer' society function of hypochondriacal neurosis for regain. |
