2005-2008年江西省国家级艾滋病哨点吸毒人群监测结果分析

目的了解江西省吸毒人群中艾滋病流行趋势及危险因素动态变化。 方法根据全国哨点监测方案要求，以重复横断面调查的方法对吸毒人群进行监测。选择2005-2008年江西省国家级哨点监测数据进行分析。结果2005-2008年共监测吸毒人群3346例；被监测的吸毒人群HIV感染率呈下降趋势，感染率中位数分别为1.00%、0.43%、0.20%、0.20%。监测到HIV阳性的哨点数量、被监测的吸毒人群注射毒品和共针的比例、通过钱或毒品交易与他人发生性行为时从未使用安全套的比例均呈下降趋势。结论江西省针对吸毒人群开展的艾滋病防制工作取得成效，但仍需继续监测并加大干预力度，控制和预防艾滋病在吸毒人群中流行。

Results of sentinel surveillance among drug users in Jiangxi province, 2005-2008

Objective To determine the epidemiologic patterns and changes in the risk factors associated with HIV prevalence among drug users in Jiangxi province. Methods According to the Guidelines for National Sentinel Surveillance, cross-sectional surveys were repeatedly conducted for surveillance among drug users. The analysis was based on the data derived from the national sentinel surveillance system in Jiangxi from 2005 to 2008. Results From 2005 to 2008, a total of 3346 drug users were surveyed. The surveillance revealed declined HIV infection rate among drug users, with the median HIV infection rates of 1.00%, 0.43%, 0.20% and 0.20%, respectively, during these years. The number of HIV-positive sentinels and the proportion of drug abuse and needle-sharing events, and of those who never used condoms during commercial sex behaviors were also shown to have declined. Conclusion Control measures being effective, intervention and surveillance shall still be further promoted for better control and prevention of AIDS prevalence among drug users in Jiangxi.
