2007-2009年江西省某戒毒所吸毒人群艾滋病监测结果与行为特征分析

目的了解吸毒人群HIV感染率及相关危险因素。方法对2007-2009年进入江西省某戒毒所的吸毒人员进行面对面调查,采集静脉血检测抗-HIV。结果3年共调查检测吸毒者918人, 2007-2009年抗-HIV阳性率分别为0.4%、1.1%、5.0%,吸毒人群中通过静脉注射吸毒者分别占95.6%、87.7%、66.0%，有共用注射器行为者分别占57.6%、43.8%、22.2%，通过钱或毒品交易与他人发生过性行为的分别占57.2%、62.3%、28.5%，每次都使用安全套的分别占8.4%、11.6%、11.6%。结论艾滋病防治工作取得一定效果，吸毒人群艾滋病危险行为比例有所下降，但吸毒人群HIV感染率呈逐年上升趋势，存在HIV经吸毒者-暗娼或嫖客-家庭成员传播链由高危人群向一般人群扩散的趋势，进一步采取有效措施控制艾滋病的流行迫在眉睫。

AIDS surveillance and behavior characteristics analysis among drug users in a drug rehabilitation center of Jiangxi province,2007-2009

Objective To learn about the HIV infection rate and related risk factors among drug users, and provide evidence for effective intervention among drug users to prevent AIDS. Methods All the drug users in a drug rehabilitation center of Jiangxi were recruited from 2007 to 2009. The face to face interview was conducted among them and blood specimens were taken from them to detect HIV antibody. Results A total of 918 drug users were surveyed from 2007 to 2009. The HIV positive rates was 0.4%, 1. 1% and 5.0% respectively, injecting drug users （IDUs） .accounted for 95.6%, 87.7% and 66.0% of the total drug users ; the drug users sharing needle or syringe accounted for 57.6% , 43.8% and 22.2% ; the drug users having commercial sex accounted for 57.2% , 62.3% and 28.5% ; the drug users using condoms at each sex accounted for 8.4%, 11.6% and 11.6%. Conclusion Progress had been made on AIDS prevention, the proportion of drug users with risk behaviors had declined, but the HIV positive rate among drug user increased by year. HIV tends to transmit from high risk population to general population by a chain of drug users-prostitute-family members. It is urgent to take effective measures to prevent AIDS epidemic.
