摘    要:本文试验了在KSCN-NaBH4系统中,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法联合测定食品和环境样品中的镉和锡。在最佳实验条件下的检出限:Cd0.0024ng/ml、Sn0.17ng/ml;线性范围:Cd 0-2ng/ml,相关系数为0.9999,Sn0-100ng/ml,相关系数为0.9998;0.5ng/ml Cd得到的测量精密度(RSD)为1.3%、25ng/ml Sn得到的测量精密度(RSD)为2.9%;样品加标回收率:Cd 90.0%-102.0%、Sn 92.3%-99.7%。方法具有操作简便、快速、检出限低、灵敏度高、结果准确等优点,适合于食品和环境样品中镉、锡的联合测定。

Abstract:To establish a method for the synchronizing determination of cadmium and tin in food and environmental samples by Hydride Generation - Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry in a system of KSCN - NaBH4. Under the proposed conditions, the detection limits are 0.0024ng/ml for cadmium and 0.17ng/ml for tin. The linear calibration curve for cadmium is within the range of 0 - 2ng/ml which correlative coefficient is 0.9999, and for tin is within the range of 0 - 100ng/ml which correlative coefficient is 0.9998. The RSD for cadmium at 0.5ng/ml is 1.3% and for tin at 25ng/ml is 2.9% .The recovery rates of standard spiking for cadmium and tin are in the range of 90.0% - 102.0% and 92.3% - 99.7%, respectively. This method is simple, rapid, of low detection limits, sensitive and of accurate.
