| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对宫颈癌患者心理状态和生存质量的影响。方法将100例宫颈癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组进行常规护理，观察组在此基础上进行心理干预，观察心理干预对宫颈癌患者心理状态和生存质量的影响，并进行t检验和χ^2检验。结果干预后观察组的焦虑、抑郁得分及疼痛程度显著低于对照组。干预后观察组患者的身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能、总体生活质量得分显著高于对照组。结论心理干预可以改善宫颈癌患者的心理状态，提高其生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of mental intervention on mental status and survival quality of patients with cervical cancer. Methods 100 patients with cervical cancer were allocated into the observation group and the control group randomly with 50 patients in each group. Routine care was carried out in the control group, besides this, mental intervention was given to the intervention group. The effect of mental intervention on mental status and survival quality of patients were observed and went through t test and χ^2 test. Results After intervention, anxiety,depression and pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, body functions, role functions,mood functions,social functions,the total life quality were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusions Mental intervention can improve mental status of patients with cervical cancer, and promote their life quality. |
