静脉药物配置中心护士与药师的协调配合策略分析

目的探讨处理临床工作中静脉药物配置中心护士与药师协调配合的策略。方法结合静脉药物配置中心护士与药师岗位职责的界定和实际临床工作中的经验，采用问卷调查的方式对相关人员进行信息采集，并进行分析。结果通过对资料的分析，提出了协调静脉药物配置中心护士与药师工作的“职责明确，互相学习，互相尊重，双赢发展”十六字方针。结论静脉药物配置中心护士与药师的协调配合在医院临床工作中十分重要，于实践工作中总结的处理策略对于协调两者之间的关系具有一定的指导意义。

Analysis in coordination strategy between nurses and pharmacists in pharmacy intravenous admixture services

Objective To disucss the coordination strategy between nurses and pharmacists in pharmacy intravenous admixture services （PIVAS） during the handling of clinical work. Methods Questionnaires were adopted to investigated relative staff for information collection and analysis by combination of specified post responsibility of nurses and pharmacists in PIVAS and experience from clinical work. Results We proposed the sixteen-word guideline of ＂clear duty, study and respect each other to achieve win-win development＂. Conclusions The coordination of nurses and pharmacists in PIVAS is important in clinical work, the countermeasures summarized from clinical practice has certain instructive significance to coordinate their relations.
