心脏创伤患者院前急救的护理配合

目的总结对心脏外伤患者实施院前急救的护理体会，以提高护士院前抢救配合能力。方法回顾性分析33例心脏外伤患者的院前急救护理配合要点。结果33例患者中24例抢救成功后均痊愈出院，随访无后遗症发生。4例合并有严重多发伤，到医院后死亡，3例多发伤患者死于并发症，2例胸主动脉损伤患者术中死亡。结论伤后患者及早接受急救，早期做出伤情判断可为院内抢救提供宝贵的机会。

Nursing cooperation of prehospital first-aid for patients with cardiac trauma

Objective To summarize the nursing experience in prehospital firstaid of patients with cardiac traumas in order to improve the cooperation capability of prehospital firstaid. Methods The nursing cooperation of prehospital firstaid of 33 patients with cardiac trauma was analyzed retrospectively. Results 24 cases of them were rescued successfully, and were completely recovered without sequelas, g cases complicated with severe multiple trauma, died after arriving at hospital, and 3 cases complicated with multiple trauma died of complications, while 2 cases with injury of thoracic aorta died during the surgery. Conclusions Early emergency treatment and judgment of traumatic condition could provide valuable chance for inhospital first-aid.
