家庭护理干预对老年卧床患者家庭功能及负性情感的影响

目的探讨家庭护理干预对老年卧床患者家庭功能及负性情感的影响。方法将60例老年卧床患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例，对照组采用一般家庭护理干预，观察组采用OPT模式（outcome present state testing model）进行家庭护理干预。干预前后采用家庭关怀指数问卷（APGAR）、日常生活能力量表（ADL）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、老年抑郁量表（GDS）及生活满意度指数自评量表（LSIA）对2组患者的家庭护理效果进行评定，并进行Х^2检验和t检验。结果干预1年后，观察组各量表评分均显著优于对照组。结论运用OPT模式与家庭合作对老年卧床患者进行针对性干预，可有效提高患者的家庭功能，促进日常生活能力的改善，缓解负性情感，进而提高其生活质量，对患者的生命意义具有积极的促进作用。

Effect of family nursing intervention on family function and negative affect of bed- ridden senile patients

Objective To investigate the effect of family nursing intervention on family function and negative affect of bed-ridden senile patients. Methods 60 elderly bed-ridden patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 patients in each. Traditional nursing was used as intervention method for the control group, while OPT （outcome present state testing model） was chosen in the observation group. Questionnaires family care index （APGAR）, activities of daily living scale （ADL）, anxiety rating scale （SAS）, geriatric depression scale （GDS） and life satisfaction index A （LSIA） were used to assess the nursing effect before and after the intervention using Х^2 and t test. Results One year after the intervention, the score of each scale in the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusions Combination of OPT model with familial cooperation to give corresponding nursing intervention for bed-ridden senile patients can effectively increase their family function, enhance the activity of daily life, relieve patients＇ negative emotion, raise their quality of life, all of these possess positive promotive effect on the life significance of patients.
