全方位护理在创伤骨科患者中的应用

目的探索全方位护理对创伤后骨科患者的身心影响。方法吸取了以往研究中关于护理理念的合理成分，提出全方位护理理念，对100例干预组患者进行干预，并以接受单纯的康复训练的100例患者作为对照组，比较2组患者的康复和心身状况。结果干预组的功能恢复6项指标均优于对照组，且抑郁和焦虑状况较对照组轻，疾病认识程度较对照组显著增加。结论全方位护理理念作为对当前护理的深入发展是值得推广应用的。

Application of all-inclusive nursing for patients with orthopedic trauma

Objective To discuss the influence of all- inclusive nursing for patients with orthopedic trauma on the aspects of their body and mind. Methods According to the related reference, made out all- inclusive nursing ideas, and then used in 100 patients with orthopedic trauma （intervention group）, routine rehabilitation was used in the control group （ 100 cases with orthopedic trauma）. Compared the somatopsyehic coalition and the rehabilitation between the two groups. Results The 6 indexes of rehabilitation in the intervention group were significant better than those of in the control group. Somatopsychic condition in the intervention group was satisfactory. Conclusions All-inclusive nursing should be promoted in clinic by its merits.
