| 摘 要： | 目的：临床研究胃手术后并发残胃功能性排空障碍的发生原因、发病机制及诊断与治疗。方法：对1997年1月至2007年12月间施行胃大部切术及胃癌根治术后发生胃排空障碍病例24例进行回顾性分析研究。结果：本组22例病人经保守治疗，2例经手术探查治疗，全组病人均获治愈。结论：该并发症为一种功能性疾病，应采取综合治疗，尽量避免再次手术。手术治疗无助病人恢复，徒增病人痛苦和负担。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of functional evacuation disorder in gastric stump after subtotal gastrectomy. Methods: 24 patients with functional evacuation disorder af-ter subtotal gastrectomy and gastric cancer radical correction from January,1997 to December,2007 were analyzed retrospectively.
