| 摘 要： | 目的观察二甲双胍对无胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者的治疗作用。方法34例无胰岛素抵抗的PCOS患者给予二甲双胍500mg／次，3次／d，连续6个月。观察治疗前后的临床症状、体征，血清性激素的变化。结果PCOS患者治疗后临床症状明显改善，B超测定卵巢中小卵泡数量减少，患者体重降低，有排卵月经周期数增加（P〈0．05）；PCOS患者治疗后血清T显著下降，LH／FSH比值降低（P〈0．05）。结论二甲双胍可改善无胰岛素抵抗PCOS患者临床症状、体征，血清性激素，并有利于月经周期的改善与促进排卵。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） without insulin resistance. Methods Thirty - four PCOS patients without insulin resistance were assigned into the study. The patients were given 500 mg metformin, three times every day for 6 months. The clinical symptom, ovulation and body mass index（BMI） were be observed and the levels of serum sex hormone were measured. Results The clinical symptom and the levels of serum sex hormone were improved with metformin treatment. Conclusion Meformin reduces testosterone levels and promotes ovulation in PCOS patients without insulin resistance. |
