六味化石通对大鼠草酸钙结石形成影响的实验研究

目的：观察六味化石通过实验性大鼠草酸钙结石形成的影响。方法：在乙二醇法诱导的大鼠肾结石模型上，口服给予六味化石通，以大鼠肾组织草酸和钙含量以及肾结石发生率、肾组织学检查作为观察指标。结果：六味化石通高剂量组肾组织草酸含量非常明显的低于对照组（P＜0．01）；对照组、低、中、高剂量组及阳性对照组肾结石发生率分别为：75％、45．5％，50％，18．2％和81．8％。结论：六味化石通能明显降低实验性大鼠草酸钙结石的发生率。

The Experimental Study the Effects of Liuweihuashitong

Objective:To investigate the effects of Liu wei hua shi tong on the calcium oxalate stone formation in experimental rats.Methods:The rats with glycol-induced kidney stone were given Liu wei hua shi tong by oral administration.The variables measured were the contents of oxalic acid and the calcium in kidney,the incidence of kidney stone,and the histology examination of the kideny.Results:In the high dose of Liu wei hua shi tong group,the oxalic acid content in kidney was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of kidney stone in control group,in the low dose,medial dose,high dose of Liu wei hua shi tong groups,and in the positive control group were 75%,45.5%,50%m,18.2% and 81.8% respectively.Conclusions:Liu wei hua shi tong could significantly reduce the incidence of calcium oxalate stone in experimental rats.
