| 摘 要： | 大面积烧伤并暴发性败血症来势凶猛，病死率高。本组２８例大面积烧伤并暴发性败血症，通过检测发现主要来自肠源性感染。只有早期发现，早期治疗，特别是及时大面积切（削）痂等治疗，才能提高治愈率。

| Abstract: | Massive burns with fulminant septicemia were severe and the mortality was high.In this group,28 massive burned patients with fulminant septicemia were studied.The results showed that bacteria and endotoxin were mainly from Gastrointestinal tract(the onset of fulminant septicemia mainly due to microbial translocatin).Only when the diagnosis was made and the treatment was performed especially in early stages and the scarectomy of major area was done,the cure rate was likely to be improved. |
