腹腔镜治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿四种术式疗效评价

目的　分析评价腹腔镜下子宫内膜异位囊肿各种术式的特点和疗效 ,提供临床多种选择。方法　经腹腔镜确诊的 3 4例子宫内膜异位囊肿患者 ,根据年龄、生育要求、病变程度等 ,镜下选择四种不同的术式 :患侧附件切除术 ,囊肿剥除术 ,囊肿热浴术 ,氩气刀喷刷术。结果　四种术式均顺利完成 ,达到了预期的治疗目的 ,无中转开腹 ,无术时术后并发症。结论　腹腔镜手术应该成为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿首选的治疗方法 ,文中分析的四种术式均显示可行有效 ,并各有特点 ,可在术中根据情况选择

An evaluation of four surgical techniques for laparoscopic management of ovarian endometrioma

Objective To analyze and evaluate the efficacy of four surgical techniques for laparoscopic management of ovarian endometrioma in the hopes of providing more options for clinical treatment. Methods This study included 34 patients with ovarian endometrioma treated with one of the four techniques based on their age, birth plan, stage of thedisease. Results The four surgical techniques were usedsuccessfully, and reached their intended outcomes for treatment. No alternativeabdominal surgery was required and no complication reported. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery should be a prioritized choice for treatmentof ovarian endometrioma; the four techniques prove to be effective, displaying strengths of their own. Decisions regarding use of these techniques should be made based on specific situation.
