| 摘 要： | 胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)在卵泡发生的启动、生长、成熟、闭锁以及卵泡发育异常均发挥着重要的作用。在超排卵周期中,IGF对卵巢卵泡发育的数目及卵泡发育成熟度也有着直接的影响。同时,它的异常表达,又可能与卵巢囊肿有密切的关系。

| Abstract: | Insulin-like growth factors(IGF) plays an important role in the priming of follicular genensis,development,maturity,atresia and dysplasia.In superovulatory cycle,IGF has direct effect on number and meturity of folicular development.Meanwile,its abnormal expression maybe related to ovarian cyst closely. |
